He has served as the Managing Partner of the law firm of Simses & Associates, P.A. since 2001, where he practices in the area of estate and charitable planning, trust and estate administration and taxation. From 1981 to 2001 he was a partner in the law firm of Cummings & Lockwood, where he was the partner in charge of its Palm Beach, Florida office. Since October 2002, Mr. Simses has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of The William H. Pitt Foundation Inc., and since 2008 Mr. Simses has served on the board of directors of Tiptree Financial Partners, L.P.
Gotham Insurance Company is domiciled in New York and eligible to write surplus lines business in all states, except in New York.
